The challenge: a category owned by review sites

Elder-care shoppers research before they buy, and the queries they use (mobility aids, washable incontinence products, supplement guides) were dominated by established review sites with years of history. The platform needed to own its own brand terms first, then earn a place in those competitive buying-guide results, without a decade of domain age to lean on.

The approach

My lane was content and on-page. I built a content program across product reviews and buying guides mapped to real search demand and buying intent, tightened on-page optimization and internal linking, and wrote everything answer-first, so the same pages are eligible to be quoted by AI answers as well as ranked in classic results.

The result

The domain grew to roughly 6,600 organic keywords and about 28,400 monthly organic visits (an estimated $137K in monthly traffic value). It ranks #1 for its brand terms and top 3 to 6 for competitive elder-care review queries, and the platform is now recommended inside Google's AI Overview for a high-intent caregiving-apps query.
